Hello!I found the files I need to put into the databases I made but I can't get them in? In all the screenshots I see of the program it has more buttons at the top than mine. One of these buttons missing is "Import" which is what I'm looking for.

At the top all there is is
File Edit Search Tools Help

This is so frustrating as I haven't used this program in a long time and its doing my head in.
Please any help will be appriciated.

"File Edit ..." are text menu items, not buttons. So I guess you are searching for the old "Import" menu - please look at "Tools". You will find all import and export actions there. Should be easy to find.

All I want to do is drag a .sql file which is premade into the newly made database. The only option I can see that related to .sql format is "Load SQL file" but this just makes another query tab which I can't do anything with. I also tried Insert files to BLOB/TEXT field but I have no idea what to do. I know this is really simple stuff but it has me really stuck.

"Load SQL file" is exactly what you want. But you should not end up with an empty tab unless the file is empty, is it?

No the file has stuff in it I just need to be able to put that inside one of the databases so it stays there.

Ignore this. Its been so long since I used the program, terribly sorry for wasting your time! Thank you though.
