Hello! I am really new with HeidiSQL.  I am not sure if this issue has been asked/solved already but just wanted to know how will I export/copy the db and tbl structure from one PC to another PC. I really don't know how to do it. Aha. Thanks for the answer. :) |

Tools > Export database as SQL Then, select "Output": "Server [your 2nd PC]". |

Hello again! And now I am able to export my DB, I rather chose 'one big file' on the selection. How will I import it now on another PC? Thanks. :) |

Aha. I got it! Here's how I did it (Please advise me if this is not the proper way of doing it). EXPORTING: Tools -> Export database as SQL -> SQL Export Tab -> Output: One big file, Filename: etc.. NOTE: Check Database(s) and Table(s) Drop and Create IMPORTING: Tools -> Load SQL File Then Execute. :D |
