Delay of the RC4 release

The impending release of RC4 has been delayed for about a month.

The explanation is that we're strained for resources. Two of our developers implemented competing threading implementations, but neither of them are quite ready for prime-time yet. Both developers are strained for time. So please hold tight while we're trying to sort out the issues.

We hope to serve you with a new version as soon as possible.
