Enlarge query helpers toolbox down to the bottom

This toolbox is very usefull, but info contained within him so big, and tollbox window is so small.

Move him to left side, like on sheme:

The pros and cons:
This toolbox is not used realy often, but it viry usefull. If move it to right, it covers data window, that is not good.
