Import takes hours in HeidiSQL, minutes in Workbench?

Greetings!

When I import a (rather) large SQL dump (1.66 GB, several million records) it takes just under 6 minutes using MySQL Workbench but 4+ hours using HeidiSQL

I have tried up against three different MySQL/MariaDB installations: a local, a NAS (Synology) and on a dedicated server - and times are pretty consistent for both WB and HeidiSQL

Anything I can fiddle in HeidiSQL to get same kind of performance?
