Can't get it to install the english version

I download the installer, install process is all in English, then I open Heidisql, it's dutch! How to force heidisql to be in english? I can't find an option to change language and there isn't one in the installation procedure either.

Tools -> Preferences -> Miscellaneous -> Application Language (or the equivalent in Dutch...)

My god, I searched like a maniac under preferences and did not see that. *Smash head with hammer*
