Feature Request: SSH tunneling

This would put HeidiSQL in league with the big guys.

Being able to tunnel HeidiSQL over an SSH connection would rock, not to mention make working from home a ton easier!

SSH tunnel is now directly implemented in HeidiSQL's session manager dialog.
