Error Help

I get an error in manage users plz help me that C:\Users\bhargavip\Desktop\error.png

error is SQL Error (156): Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'LIKE'. plz help me out

microsoft sql does not have a show variables statement; only mysql does. look here for more info.

if this error was produced by clicking on heidisql's "Manage Users" icon: it is currently not possible to manage users of a microsoft sql server with heidisql; the developer (ansgar) should probably issue a warning message when you do so.
you have to use command line client, or get SSMS to do this.

command line client is not works on SQL. it works on only MYSQL commands
then how to manage users in heidisql for SQL server
