PostgreSQL: No Listing of Databases on v8.4 Server

When I create a new database it is not listed in the left tree list view afterwards but no error appears.
It is ONLY listed in the connection manager at 'database' text field on the right (popup list).

Instead there are 6 databases listed from the beginning which I never created (and which I am not interested in):
* information_schema
* pg_catalog
* pg_temp_1
* pg_toats
* pg_toast_temp_1
* public

So I cannot manage postgres databases with HeidiSQL at all.
What could be wrong? A bug?...

Remark: The connection is a SSH tunnel by 'Hostname' "localhost".

Hello,

I've the same issue, the creation of database have a long execution time, the databqse isn't listed but seems to be created somewhere, because, you've got '/* ERREUR: la base de données « DEVS » existe déjà */' (error db already exist) when you try to re-create the db.
And yes this is the french error message, because I've setup my HeidiSQL in english and still got message in french. Perhaps another little issue.

Greatest GUI SQL, GL HF o/

PostgreSQL 9.4.0
HeidiSQL 9.1.0.4883

pg_catalog, pg_toast, information_schema etc. are schemata, not databases. PostgreSQL's concept differs in that way from MySQL. You cannot also select a different database once you are connected to a PostgreSQL server. You must select the wanted one in the session managers "Database" input. Default one if none is selected is "postgres".

So... basically... I've reached a limit to something? What are you saying I've reached a limit to, exactly? It looks like your saying I've reached a taskbar limit.. or something. I just don't get it. Can you give me more info?
