Create New - disabled some options

When I connect to Ms Sql, opening the menu "Create New" options these disabled.

as I can activate these options?
If I connect to another BD with mysql engine if the options appear, but do not appear Ms Sql

Confirmed. And fixed in r4906. That was a remainder of times where HeidiSQL was a MySQL-only client.
