Any way to do a multi column filter with different values (e.g. phpMyAdmin search)?

I'm just switching over to HeidiSQL, coming from phpMyAdmin. One thing I am trying to find is a way to enter values in a list of columns the way phpMyAdmin search does. I did find the 'Create multi column filter' that lets you find a value in any column, which is nice.
