query history setting not working

I think query history setting is not working.

I disabled it and it still saves the filters ... is this correct? In older versions it didn't

Disabling Logging > "Query history" does not disable storing data filters. You need to uncheck "Editor configuration" > "Reuse editor configuration on restart" instead.
