Windows 10 GUI viewing problem

The software has installed fine but I cannot view the GUI. I see the software running at the taskbar and at pin bar but I cannot see the GUI. When I take printscreen I see the GUI at the other screen I have a laptop and I am having only one screen.

I saw this too about a week ago on a system where I needed to quickly fix something in MS-SQL Server. Naturally, I turned to HeidiSQL

The machine had two monitors and the second was off. It took a couple moments to realize that Heidi was displaying on the second monitor!

Perhaps your video card is trying to display Heidi on a secondary display (even if it is not attached).

Hopefully you can arrive at a solution from this hint.

When something is shown on an monitor you can't see, you can click on the Icon, that it becomes active and afterwards you can rearrange it with Windows Key + Arrow Keys .. You may have to press the arrow key multiple times ;) When you use multiple desktops, it also could happen that the window is shown on an other desktop. So you can use [STRG] + [Windows key] + [left / right arrow key] to navigate to this desktop.
