Recently i created a new db using heidisql (wanted to create table, but clicked on wrong place), then i deleted it, and now what i have is - when i open connection, database is there, but when i click on it heidisql says "Unknown database" . Is there is some cache or any other problem? Lets find it and fix :)

Open the Session Manager and select localhost, now choose an individual database from the Databases drop-down list, click save, click cancel, exit HeidiSQL, reopen HeidiSQL, select localhost, click Open.

Yes, you should check the "Databases" setting in the session manager.
