I have been trying to DL this for 2 days and I get nothing. It won't let me do anything with the Installer, or 64b build. I am using Windows 10. AM I missing something somewhere or just a complete moron? Can someone please help?

You should not use some kind of download manager with a large number of simultaneous connections, otherwise you're probably trapped in my bad-bot-detection. Once you were trapped, you can try again in a few days.
