Multi-column filter issue

Having two tables of interest, eg. "users" and "companies". 1.) On the "Data" tab of the "companies" table, create a multi column filter for any column value LIKE '%John%' (by entering "John" in the "Create multi column filter" textbox, and clicking "Apply filter"). 2.) On the "Data" tab of the "users" table, create a multi column filter for any column value LIKE '%John%' (by clicking "Apply filter" while the textbox is already preset to the current search string "John"). 3.) On the "Data" tab of the "companies" table, create another multi column filter, this time for any column value LIKE '%Doe%' (by entering "Doe" in the "Create multi column filter" textbox, and clicking "Apply filter"). 4.) On the "Data" tab of the "users" table, click "Apply filter" while the textbox is already preset to the current search string "Doe". Surprisingly, this does not create a new multi column filter (for "Doe") but fetches the data using the previous filter ("John").
