F9 shortcut no longer working

I've noticed a recent curious behavior in HeidiSQL v9.3.0.5110.

The F9 shortcut for executing queries has mysteriously stopped working. When I select the query and press Ctrl+F9, it works fine. But using F9 to execute queries no longer works.

Please have a look into Tools > Preferences > Shortcuts. Expanding the "SQL" group will show you the "Run query" action. Click on it and check the assigned shortcut on the right panel.

Thank you for the reply. It shows that it is set to F9. I tried resetting the shortcut assignment to another key and then reassigning F9 back in, but HeidiSQL isn't detecting the F9 key at all, so I am unable to do that.

This behavior raises some questions about the key itself.

Hm, ok. Do you see some "Could not apply SynEdit keystroke" message in the SQL log when activating your first connection?
