auto export grid rows

Is there a simple way to automatically export the grid rows to a file location. Ie: c:exports and have the software over write the old file?

I just don't know the syntax. I want to export the grid rows data located in cdr_201608 to c:exports every 30 seconds or so I can import them into a another program for processing

Just thought of something the old data would have to be deleted from the SQL data base or it would duplicate in the billing system software. So the script would have to export the data save it to the cdr file folder then delete the data so as not to create duplicate entries in the cdr billing software.
