No connection to MySQL server through SSH tunnel

Dear friend,

I can't get a connection to a MySQL Server trought a SSH Tunnel. I connect with putty with the settings in the picture. SSH seams to bee ok. But i always get the error (as you can see). I also tried "localhost" into HeidiSQL.Without any changes. I can't use SSH Connection from HeidiSQL, because there is a Proxy in the middle.

What can be the problem?
