Postgres over SSH

Hi,

Great work with HeidiSQL, I've been using it for years with MySQL and recently with Postgres, but I'm missing one thing - the ability to connect to pg over ssh. It's there for MySQL, and I've seen many pg setups only allowing such connections, I think it could be of benefit to maybe have it as a general option, not limited to MySQL.

It would be great if we could connect by SSL (supported by PostgreSql).
