Backup MariaDB Users

I want to export all Users of a DB and then import them on another Server.

Is this possible with HeidiSQL?

Yes, HeidiSQL has an export feature, which supports exporting to other servers, amongst files and directories. Just rightclick a table and click "Export database as SQL".

I know this feature, but how can I export all users with their passwords, roles and privileges? Is this possible with HeidiSQL?
