Fast copy

Hello friends, my question is simple. I have a table in the database and the same table with different data in an Excel file. My question is: Is there a way for me to copy the data from a specific column in the Excel file and transfer all of them to the same column in heideSQL in a simple way? Or will I have to keep doing CTRL C + CTRL V on each cell?

This is not so simple as you might think. The values of one column loose their primary key when you copy them to Excel, so it's impossible to import them afterwards into the right row again.
