support vista icons

Hi,

the main icon compiled in heidy is not supporting 256 sizes. I believe that the icon itself has the correct sizes. But as i've found, there's one more step to support it. Just compile the resources with microsoft resource compiler. The option could be found in delphi - project options - resource compiler to use - windows sdk resource compiler.
