when double click 'DEĞERLER' text you can only select 'DE' or 'ERLER' not whole word, i think because of the Turkish char Ğ,Ş,İ,Ç,Ö,Ü

Yes, I guess the same. Most probably some limitation of the SynEdit component.

The same with the cyrillic. Russian text cannot be selected by double click at all.
