add file to selected field (BLOB)

I dont want create new records. when I add image to blob field I get message about wrong SQL syntax. I dont now why? Sometimes when I add image into blob field and I try load this image in other program (navicat for mysql) i have wrong data in this field. When I save it on my hard drive I cant open it because mage file is broken. When I do this all operation in Navicat everything was all right. sory for my bad english.
