Windows 10 HeidiSQL will not stay pinned to taskbar

I recently upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10. Now HeidiSQL will not stay pinned to the taskbar. Each time I restart my computer, I need to find and open HeidiSQL manually. Once it is opened, I right click on the icon and select "Pin to Taskbar". However, it will not remain pinned to the taskbar.

This was not an issue before I upgraded to Windows 10, when I was using Windows 7.

Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated. It is a nuisance to have to open the program each time.
