Windows 2K Server Error

Downloaded the latest version of HeidiSQL and downloaded the libmysql.dll for W2K. When I try to run it, I get the following: The procedure entry point GetSystemTimes could not be located in the dynamic link library kernel32.dll. Cannot get rid of the server (client). Any way around this? Thanks.
