hi im new to this forum. previously i used heidi for mysql. now when i'm trying to connect it to mssql, i'm getting an error. please help me with this. thank you.

Sorry .. my bad ... found out that i haven't enabled tcp/ip connections for mssql server. once i enabled tcp connections and restarted the service ... worked like charm
