HeidiSQL available through Microsoft Store

HeidiSQL is now available in Microsoft's App Store: https://www.microsoft.com/store/apps/9NXPRT2T0ZJF

This is basically the current v9.5 release, with some functionality enhancements for running on the Universal Windows Platform (UWP).

This is for all Windows 10 users, and probably a good replacement for the outdated package on Chocolatey: https://chocolatey.org/packages/HeidiSQL

To be honest, I planned to drop the store version, as it's used by less than a half percent of all HeidiSQL users. Even the normal 32 bit version has more users (~1%).

But I also see one advantage of the store version: the installation does not require administrator privileges.

Not really - it is only just a question. I saw it in a MS Store, got interested and asked :-D No big thing.
