My installation is complete. After clicking the Heidisql, it is not open. I have tried all the ways. Please help me with the issue. It is not opening the full window.

There are numerous possible causes for that. Recently I fixed some of them, so please download the latest 64bit build from 12.6.0.6819 on the download page, and place it in your HeidiSQL folder. Start that new one instead of the one you are running, and see if that fixes the issue.
