It is green, probably the size of table in B, as you can see it only appears at MiB and GiB, as it is to small at KiB to display anything.
Mybe there is table size limitation at MySQL ...

Click on size header to order by size to proof. Strange, it shows full or almost full (can't see the difference probably) at 1.6 Gib at my db.

It's just a graph that displays the relative size. Largest table is always 100%, meaning the 100th percentile.
