Import csv file

This is old problem.
1. One importing csv gets no message that all was not imported (csv file 100% OK)
Randome ? number of data lines does not get imported.
2. Message "x rows out of y lines in text file was imported" would be nice.
3. Don't know if that is only problem of BOM marker (I think not) but certainly also has to do something with the problem. Other reasons - wrong formated csv --> also message as at 2 would help.

The simplest thing for BOM problem, if csv is like "a","b",.. is to remove everything before first ", before import.
That build into heidi would be nice.

To add. If one have ignore duplicates checked and importig file with say 50 rows, heidi reports 50 rows imported.
Wrong. X of those were ignored and were not iported.
