Search & replace text

Needed IGNORE option so instead of regural update there would be
Insert IGNORE. Mysql I suppose only, but needed anyway.

Now it pops up "Duplicate entry", and one can't exit following (possibly a zilion) pops up that follows, except by killing heidi process.

To add: Replace all does not replace all, one row is left not replaced.
How to repeat:
1.Replace all
2.Applay filter

While at that, can you do, doh I doubt it can be done easily:
Click on disabled 'Replace:' input field -- it would be nice if it would become enabled & checkmark to the left auto checked.
