Request: Drag and drop highlighted text in editor

As it is now (version 9.4.0.5125) when text is highlighted in the editor it's not possible to drag the selected text to move it elsewhere, it just makes a new selection.

I have checked the settings dialog and haven't been able to find any settings linked to this issue.

version 12.0 I think it is important to have the possibility to move the text in the editor, with drag and drop.
