Have a problem whith default number in a DECIMAL field

Sorry for my poor english I have a field like this: TasaIva DECIMAL(6,4) DEFAULT 0.21

When I try to save the default value (0.21); I do that on the folder Basic and column Default. When introducing the value 0.21 and after to save; that number change with the value 0.

Is a bug of HeidiSQL or my error? many thanks
