Unable to close tab

Hi,

I opened a .sql query file and now I can't close that tab. It is there each time I start HeidiSQL. It doesn't have close x like query tabs and nothing in the menu options to close it.

The first query tab is intentionally not closable. But you can make it empty, by doubleclick on the tab.

I find if I open the .sql file again and then close it immediately using the doubleclick it asks me if I want to save it as it says it has been modified when it has not.
