Disable foreign key check when exeute a query

Hello,

I want to truncate a table that contains a foreign key constrained. In PHPMYADMIN, it is straightforward to disable it; all you have to do is scroll down at the bottom of the editor untick the "Enable foreign key checks" checkbox.
