How to prevent accidental insert/update while editing rows?

After inserting a row, when I accidentally click other rows or press any keys on other cells(without press enter to 'cell editing mode'), an incomplete row will be inserted immediately.

Is there any settings to disable such immediate insert/update and only an expicit post(Ctrl+Enter) will execute insert/update queries?

No, that's a hardcoded feature, not something you can configure.
