I see only one session using "HeidiSQL" as application name. What makes you think the others are initiated through HeidiSQL as well? The same user name may be also used by the server in the background of a session. The code in HeidiSQL only creates one physical connection per session.

Ok. We did some tests and Heidi SQL definitely use only one session. But when we open more than one program Heidi SQL, it uses multiple sessions. Is there any way to lock program to only one run or one session on multiple runs?

You can disable multiple application instances in HeidiSQL's preferences:

Description

But you will still be able to open multiple sessions in one HeidiSQL instance.

Disabling multiple application may be possible by changing regedit: reg add HKCU\Software\HeidiSQL /v AllowMultipleInstances /t REG_DWORD /d 0x0 /f
