HeideSQL is super.

Just one issue...

At 44, I can't as well as a could when I was 22.
Would be nice to be able to pick a larger font size in the options menu.

This is what Windows large DPI settings are for. However, you can tweak font of data grids and SQL editors in Tools > Preferences.

Let me site a precedence....

In both Word and Excel, you can click the "View" menu to set it to whatever you want.

100%, 150% etc.

This is effectively the same thing as increasing the "Font Size".

I'm not talking about increasing the font size on the menus but rather in the grids.

Well, you could have said so before! Grid font is separately set up, via Tools > Preferences > Data.
