Hey, It would be very helpful to measure execution time of a script sql to 4 or 5 decimal places.

Using 3 decimal digits in seconds is quite usual, as this represents the number of milliseconds.
If you want more exact measurements on MySQL/MariaDB, you should try and check the "Query profile" checkbox on the right of each query tab. This gives you 6 decimal digits, split into various stages of SQL execution.
