Building HeidiSQL

The source code is available, but I would like to know what is the preferred way to build the windows version? Lazarus?, Free Pascal? I am a newbie to Object Pascal, and I would like to build it for Amazon Redshift.

Delphi XE5 is the preferred and only working tool for building HeidiSQL sources.
