AUTOREFRESH toggle should be on the main toolbar

Not really sure what do you mean. It is in the main toolbar now (under dropdown menu and on Ctrl+F5 hot key).

Maybe the answer is to make it customizable. I know it is on drop down and Ctrl+F5: If you want edit something you have to stop refreshing. I just want to need to just click to stop/start because befor and after that I have to use mouse on datagrid. Thats why, to make it more comfortable.
