Accidentally removed root user privileges

Hi all,

New to databases. I was working on a table in HeidiSQL and I accidentally removed all of the root user privileges. I was working from the root user and had not yet created another user account. Now I cannot access the table. Is there anyway that I can restore the root privileges?
