Sorry I could not find another channel to communicate, I downloaded HeidiSQL's sources so I could know and if possible help with something, trying to compile this one missing the

{$ R .. \ .. \ res \ icon.RES} {$ R .. \ .. \ res \ icon-question.RES} {$ R .. \ .. \ res \ version.RES} {$ R .. \ .. \ res \ manifest.RES} {$ R .. \ .. \ res \ updater.RES}

I'm doing something wrong.

See this thread - you have to compile the rc files first.
