Backup of DB

I am using MySQL server. I want to take backup. In HeidiSQL, after selecting Tool -> Export Database as SQL, the attached dialog box appears. What are the options to be selected in the data and output dropdowns? I have taken backup output in zip compressed .sql file ; Now, how to restore this sql file?
