Text Editor for Table Row Comments

Table row comments can also contain quite a lot of characters, i.e. descripting a type column or a access bit map. Therefore, the comment field should show the "..."” option to open a text input like in the data grid

It does exactly that - show an ellipsis (...) at the end, if it's too long for the field width?

It does show the ellipsis, yes, but it does not give the option to open an editior popup like in the data grid
