Creating field datetime with "Update current time stamp"

Hello every one I'm working with HeidiSQL already more then 5 year but last year i see some strange

When i'm creating field with type "datetime", some times i need to set secondary settings "Update current time stamp" (like this in attache 1) but after save changes/creating - i can see result without this settings here result in attache 2

i'm using MariaDB 10.2-10.3

But why my settings doesnt save? What i'm doing not correct?
