Windows 10 line spacing and general display issue

I just installed Heidi for the first time on windows 10.

The display was unusual with character fonts too large for line spacing. So I changed the font to Calibri and reduced the font size. It's better but not right - see attached where lines are not properly presented.

I can't see any preferences settings to fix this.

Thoughts?
