exporting user details

Hi I am new to databases and Heidi

so apologies for what may be an inept question.

But I was wondering when a database has a user defined within it (user / password)

can that be exported when using "Export Database as SQL" ?

No, the user details normally don't belong in these exports, and HeidiSQL does not export users and/or passwords.
